In the vicinity of your cottage there are various activities and excursions that you can enjoy. In less than 2 km away you will find the Hoge Veluwe National Park with the famous Kröller-Müller Museum. There are several nature reserves where you can cycle and hike around your cottage.

Less than 300 meters you will find the first nature reserve called Waldlager, part of this nature was used in World War II as a German barracks. There are also remains of German bunkers and trenches.
When dusk falls spotting wildlife such as deer, red deer, wild boar and foxes is one of the possibilities. In the Rutting season you can hear the deer belling from your garden.
